Terms of Service

Welcome to USA Sites, a directory service established in 2019 that catalogs U.S.-specific business resources by state and sector for entrepreneurs and researchers aged 25‑55. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which are governed by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account, without prior notice, for violations including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing of login credentials, repeated submission of inaccurate or defamatory content, or any conduct that conflicts with U.S. law or our policies.
• Upon termination, all access to premium features and saved data will be revoked. You may request a copy of your personal information within thirty (30) days of termination, subject to verification.
• Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations, including payment for services rendered prior to termination.

Content Removal

• All user‑generated listings, comments, and uploads must comply with U.S. copyright, trademark, and defamation statutes. We may remove, edit, or disable access to any content that infringes third‑party rights, is illegal, or otherwise violates these Terms.
• Requests for removal of content must be submitted through the Contact Us page and will be evaluated in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable state statutes.
• We will provide notice to the content creator of any removal action, unless a court order or emergency circumstance precludes such notice.

Data Handling

• Personal data collected through registration, analytics, and user interactions is processed in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and other relevant state privacy statutes, as well as applicable federal regulations.
• We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Upon account deletion or termination, personally identifiable information will be securely destroyed, except where retention is required by law.
• We do not sell or lease personal information to third parties. Aggregated, non‑identifiable data may be used for market research, reporting, and improving the directory.
